With over 40 years of professional experience, Roger C. Samek began his career as a tax accountant and consultant at Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte). Since 1984, Roger has been a business attorney, offering clients insights to maximize wealth and profits while minimizing Federal and State taxes. As a certified public accountant, Roger provides valuable financial counsel, and as an attorney, he offers legal advice on managing and minimizing business risks.
As a founding and managing partner of his law firm, Roger has firsthand experience in making and implementing business decisions that balance return and risk. Throughout his career, he has provided financial, business, and legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including professionals such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, commercial contractors, homebuilders, government contractors, technology companies, cybersecurity experts, and entrepreneurs.
Roger previously served on the Board of Directors of TransCen, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to serving people with disabilities, and currently provides pro bono legal counsel. He also supports GastroCares, Inc., a non-profit founded by gastroenterology specialists to increase diversity and inclusion in the medical field and enhance access to quality medical care for underserved communities.
