BRIAN C. CLARRY

I advise and represent high net-worth individuals, companies and media organizations in a variety of areas including commercial and construction disputes, intellectual property, defamation and white collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Samek, Werther & Mills, I represented individuals and companies of all sizes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution relating to professional and large-loss liability matters as well as contract disputes.

I was born and raised in Charlottesville before ultimately settling in Northern Virginia. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, sports and current events.

I graduated with honors from The Johns Hopkins University in 2013 and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2017.

I am admitted to practice in D.C. and Virginia and was recently named to the Virginia Super Lawyers’ list of Rising Stars.
