Tarrell D. Calloway is an associate at Business and Health Law Associates, PLLC, where his practice focuses on business law, corporate transactions, and corporate governance. After graduating from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, Tarrell spent his early career in the federal government, advising on the Freedom of Information Act. He then moved to private practice, developing a passion for advising businesses and business owners. His experiences in the federal government have further strengthened his commitment to client-centered service.
Tarrell has drafted and negotiated complex purchase agreements, employment agreements, commercial leases, and other business-related transactions, achieving successful outcomes for clients. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and New Jersey.
Outside of law, Tarrell enjoys reading, photography, and pushing his physical limits at a local gym or on runs around Washington, D.C.
