I have over 25 years of experience working for various law firms specializing in Real Estate (both residential and commercial), Corporate and Estate Planning. I graduated from Shepherd University with a B.A. in Business Administration. I assist our attorneys in general corporate business matters, including formation of entities, dissolution, mergers and acquisition, and transactional and corporate compliance.
