As a Member of the firm, Yuliya Flynn, has more than a decade of experience practicing business and transactional law, serving clients in various industries: from government sector to healthcare, media, consumer products, and nonprofit. Yuliya has developed extensive experience in healthcare compliance by working with a myriad of clients in the healthcare sector and advising them on business and health law.
Yuliya is passionate about entrepreneurship and clients frequently seek her legal as well as business advice. An entrepreneur herself, Yuliya understands business and speaks the same language with her business clients. She frequently assists clients with structuring and negotiating business transactions. Yuliya devotes her time to providing her clients with creative and compliant solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Yuliya serves as an outside general counsel for many of her clients and provides ongoing advice on a broad range of corporate and business matters, including corporate governance, business ownership and management, employment matters (including talent acquisition and retention), executive compensation (including stock plans and equity grants), contract review, negotiation, and preparation, financing arrangements, commercial lease negotiations, merger and acquisitions, and business succession planning.
